This page explains in simple terms what data the artemaiops.work website collects when you submit a request form or interact with our Telegram bots, and how we handle it.
What Data is Collected
Only what you provide: contact information (Telegram, email, or phone) and the task description in the 'Custom Assistant' form, or messages you send to our Telegram bots. Additionally, the IP address is temporarily recorded solely to protect the form from automated spam.
How Data is Used
To respond to your request, discuss the task, and offer a solution. The IP address is used only to limit request frequency (no more than 3 requests from one address in 5 minutes) and is not used elsewhere.
To Whom Data is Transferred
Requests from the form are forwarded directly to Artem via the official Telegram Bot API — they are not shared with third parties, advertising networks, or analytics systems. Conversations through Telegram bots (such as @ProfiArtbot) occur within Telegram's infrastructure and are subject to its own privacy policy.
Storage
The site does not maintain a separate database of requests — the form message is immediately forwarded and remains only in the Telegram chat history. The IP address is stored in the server's RAM for no longer than 5 minutes (a sliding window for spam protection), after which it is automatically forgotten.
Cookies and Analytics
The site does not use cookies for tracking and does not integrate web analytics systems (such as Google Analytics). The only external resource is Google Fonts, loaded from Google's servers. The selected interface language is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted beyond your device.
Your Rights
You can request clarification or deletion of the provided data at any time — contact us using the details listed in the 'Contact' section on the homepage.
